Prudence Pitter is a dynamic global keynote speaker, transformative leadership coach, seasoned HR consultant, and sought‑after workshop facilitator with over 25 years of Human Resources leadership experience across technology, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and financial services. Named to the 2025 “50 Women to Watch” list by 50/50 Women on Boards, she currently serves as a Global Human Resources Leader overseeing people strategy in more than 20 countries—aligning talent development with business growth and organizational resilience.
